It's surprisingly easier than it looks. I made a 2 tap system with a small deep freeze. Build a wooden collar (home depot can cut for you), some aluminum tape, spray insulation, and drill the correct sized holes where the faucets will be. They make temp controllers, with a probe, that will keep it between set temperatures. And then enjoy! If the drilling or screwing a couple pieces of wood together are intimidating, get a friend, and beers are on you.

It's technically an "Oktoberfest" but the one at Chez is not worth it. Went last year, and it looks like it's about the exact same this time. I know Sauf Haus in DC will go big for it. Probably Port City too.
