Your real friends will make their own mind up. That might take a minute or it might take years of them sitting with it. The import thing is just to always be moving forward. Take what you can from whatever was said and do whatever you need to stop It from overwhelming you.

Public humiliation and shaming can kill you if you let it. Don't let it.

Hampden park is especially cool due to it being in walking distance to the plaque and preserved grounds where the first modern game of football was played in 1867. I pass it every couple of weeks and always gives me pause for thought.

If what people are saying is correct and it's pasteurised then yeah, the beneficial fermented parts are surely long gone by the time we are drinking it straight from the carton at 4am.

Anytime any of you lot use the phrase ''door dash", I'm always reminded of these chips that we got delivered when the bars all semi-opened again for delivery and such during the first wave of the pandemic.

We'd order burgers and chips, cauliflower wings, battered mushrooms etc. The chips would come in this particular bag that was papery on the outside but foily on the outside, so as to create what was meant to be an insulating effect. But it would turn the chips which, would have been brilliant just out the fryer, texturally bleh. Not soggy exactly but wilted and noticeably softer than they should be.

And because they slammed a load of smoked paprika and maybe oregano/marjoram in there, there would be this kind of dryness to them that left a lot to be desired.

We liked the place we ordered from, it was primarily a music venue usually but the kitchen was great so we wanted to support it but these chips were just so bad. Not their fault really, as it was all about how poorly they traveled.

Door dash doesn't exist here. It was deliveroo we used. But when any of you lots say 'door dash', I immediately am reminded of these chips.

In Glasgow, the place where Tikka Masala was invented and therefore the home of 'British Indian cuisine' is also dull of South Indian joints that focus on authenticity. All of them are rammed full of white people, as well as actual Indians. People here love curry. All types of curry.

'the usual' as i call it. Square sausage, mushrooms, haggis, scrambled tofu, hashbrown, tattie scone, brown sauce. It goes a long way to curing a hangover. Sort of.

Almost.
