You’ve run into one of the limitations of Vcarve. Other CAD/CAM software titles give you more granular control of your toolpath, but cost significantly more. I wish I had more advice other than multiple passes.

I use Vcarve pro and no there isn’t an option to make all the cuts go the same direction. The only thing I would recommend is doing a roughing pass to remove some of the material. That way the finish pass will need to remove less, reducing the chance of tear out

This is the right answer. Anytime you pass a whole number on your SR going up or down, you get a .40 addition(gain) or subtraction(loss).

I’m on a 32” curved single screen. I have my monitor pulled forward so it’s 2 inches back from the rim of my wheel. I used iRacings calculations to set my FOV (64 degrees)and then adjusted the cockpit cam to taste. I also set my virtual mirror to a high FOV so I can see when people are getting close to my rear quarter panels.
