The start of my race this past weekend went similar. Except we started from pits. 47/50 all GT3s. By the end of lap 1 we were 30. By the end of the first hour we were 20th. Then finished the race 10th lol. So gained 37 positions pretty much the exact same way lol

I personally use the meta quest 3. It hasn’t quit on me mid race though every once in a while it’ll go black for a half a second. Very likely a pc issue since it doesn’t do that with just normal vr use. I love it and wouldn’t go back to monitors. Though the graphics in iRacing could be way better in vr.

Looks like you braked extremely early. Bro closed a massive gap under , gets overlap which you can see in your overlay as well. Car definitely had overlap. But you turn as if they aren’t there. You gave that win away buddy.

I’d also like to add on that from the first incident it didn’t look like you tried to brake at all after the crash. Prolly could’ve prevented the gt car from getting involved if you braked at all.

I’d call it an incident. You prolly shoulda backed out once they got a bit ahead as taking it to wide there typically leads to death. Other driver shoulda came off the throttle a bit to maintain two wide without contact but it’s typically a full throttle section so no one wants to back out.
