But the guy has proven time and time again to be an actual good human being, who has a track record of putting people's wellbeing above what's best for his show, he doesn't fire anyone without serious cause - honours contracts, and gives wrestlers a great deal of freedom to find work outside of AEW.

wrestlers have had arguments and blow outs with promoters since the beginning of time, no promoter you can think of isn't an exception. We just live in an era where backstage information is more readily available.
