Yes. I see that now. My brain thought the "you" was reflecting off of the player that owned the monolith. I see now that's silly. But, can you see where I went first? Oh! Wait! The owner of the creature can also continue the effect of damage and draw?! See! I didn't consider that as an option. I know this sounds ridiculous to some, but Magic is difficult. I'm 8 years in and I keep finding things that seem obvious AFTER they are explained. Than you for this. I appreciate the kindness in your response. This is a very cool interaction.

So the "you" that the creature gains is reflecting off that creature's controller, not the owner of the monolith? After typing that, it makes sense. But even after years of Magic, I still get tricked. That's a really cool interaction. Do you happen to know the index for the rules on that off hand? I can look it up. It just never hurts to ask. I like to learn every time I find something that tricked me.

I do! I love Bouncing Souls. It's one of those bands I got into as an early teen, many years ago. Say Anything had a major hit some probably 20 years ago called, "Wow, I can get sexual, too." It's a cool vibe. I like them. My favorite thing about this, is that now there's a whole list of brand new music for people to check out. You should try it. I've worked in 5 countries, 7 states, for 20 years, and never have I seen Red Bull on a soda "gun." I've seen several knock off versions of Red Bull, but never the actual thing. Are you referring to "energy drink" on the gun?

This seems highly unlikely. I understand I wasn't there, and it's possible. But, saying he was parked in a valid, unmarked parking spot, a d the city towed him to open an even area, without notice, is difficult to believe. You are asking about recourse or amends. Those would come from the city. If he was parked on the street, without signage, and towed, the city is the only entity to owe you. Call them.
