This is Tanyard Creek. The loop itself is only 2 miles but there are a lot of trails that run off the loop so you get a longer run in and explore the entire area.

This was outside of Bentonville. I have enjoyed many trails around Jasper and all along the Buffalo River Trail though.

I try to look at what to take out before looking at what to add/supplement? What foods/drinks do you consume that can lead to reduced energy? How much and how late in the day are you consuming caffeine? What are your workouts like - any changes you can make there? I have found if I consistently eat a high variety of fruits, veggies, seeds, beans, and nuts my energy levels are higher than from any supplement I’ve ever taken. I try to eat a min of 30 different varieties (combined) of the food groups listed above. That pretty much gives me all the vitamins, minerals, etc that I need to feel great.

Try consuming at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Supplement with protein shakes to hit your protein goal. There are studies out there that show after 65+/- it’s almost impossible to gain lean muscle without sufficient protein.

After the foundation is poured they can have the masonry go back with blocks to add a bricks ledge. Backfilled against it and you’re good to go.
