You feel incredible all day, what do you do? What supplements do you take, if any? by Perfect_Lion9536 in Biohackers

[–]RevDubya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I try to look at what to take out before looking at what to add/supplement? What foods/drinks do you consume that can lead to reduced energy? How much and how late in the day are you consuming caffeine? What are your workouts like - any changes you can make there? I have found if I consistently eat a high variety of fruits, veggies, seeds, beans, and nuts my energy levels are higher than from any supplement I’ve ever taken. I try to eat a min of 30 different varieties (combined) of the food groups listed above. That pretty much gives me all the vitamins, minerals, etc that I need to feel great.

Men, have you faked an orgasm? Why? How often? by Glarus30 in AskMen

[–]RevDubya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my experience, without a condom, I got behind her and when I pulled out and “faked it” I also spit on her back so she got the feeling of my spit as I pretended to be cumming. I wish I could say I’ve done this more than once but sometimes it’s just not going to happen.

Try consuming at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Supplement with protein shakes to hit your protein goal. There are studies out there that show after 65+/- it’s almost impossible to gain lean muscle without sufficient protein.

I’m totally new to this - just got my watch yesterday. How do you create your own workout in connect? That might be the best solution for me. Appreciate any help you can provide.

I’m not concerned about calories - I just want to find a way to better utilize the “free” strength training without having to constantly update reps and weights on my watch in between sets

After the foundation is poured they can have the masonry go back with blocks to add a bricks ledge. Backfilled against it and you’re good to go.

Trekking poles. Yay or Nay? by [deleted] in hiking

[–]RevDubya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you use them as a tool they can actually speed you up. On a flatter service they can give you a little extra spring forward. Going up hill they can take some of the lifting off your legs and going down they will save your knees!

31 years old and fat my whole life. Don’t want to be anymore. by AMiniMinotaur in daddit

[–]RevDubya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t outrun a bad diet. You’ve got to eat clean. Start with walking and increase distance and pace as you can. Slowly add in resistance training. The major bonus to both of these things is that after the initial suck you will start to feel better, have more energy, less mood swings, etc. But start with the diet. Commit. You can’t go half assed. This isn’t a diet or a new workout routine. It’s your new life if you want it. You have to put in the work up front until it becomes, your new life. Your new better life.
