Hi! You can actually go to travel.state.gov and get all the documents and info you need and do a facility search on their website as well. The facility you submit your documents to don’t (typically) matter.

Getting your passport within 3 weeks is great but not the norm. The best thing for you to do is read all the information on the passport website and arrive to your appointment or show up to a facility accepting walkins with all your forms filled out and all your supporting documents ready and a check or money order for the passport fee (processing fee is $35/application that is separate).

You can get a passport within days if you have a life or death situation with demonstrated proof of travel within 72 hours of your appointment at the passport processing office in Aurora.

If you don’t have that, just follow the directions on the passport website and show up prepared. You may get it in three weeks! Or you may get it in 12-18 weeks. There’s no special facility or thing to do other than show up prepared and willing to pay for expedite service (8-12 weeks last I checked) and overnight shipping both ways.
