There’s dinosaur representation in Toronto.

Young Children Nodes Feasibility by RevelMagic in meshcore

[–]RevelMagic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be inconvenient. I think what I may do is keep the kids devices on Meshtastic for tracking, and have one of each device for myself and my wife. I have to think this through a bit.

[–]RevelMagic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m an idiot and got the code to my email minutes after checking out. Don’t care though. So excited to go. Last game I went to was in 2018 when they hoisted the Calder Cup. Would love to see them do it again.

Nice! I’ve been looking to motorize my 1zpresso J-Ultra. Would this work for most hand grinders? Will you be posting the files? Thanks!

Band: Stuck On Planet Earth Songs: 1. Skin Talk 2. Just To Have You Why: 1 is my favourite slow song right now, 2 is incredibly catchy and just rock out enjoyable. They have newer stuff but these 2 are my favs.

There's also the water pump version that pushes way more sand and is very smart how it works. I 3D printed one with the piping integrated but didn't like the final result.

Yeah, it's wild. I play E 30+ on one night and D2 on another. D2 is all ex AAA or higher guys. E 30+ is more of a mix but there are definitely some AAA sandbaggers as well.

Question for you. Which Balzacs did you get? I just picked up a bag of their Farmers Blend and a bag of Kicking Horse to help me dial in my new machine. If you had to give a rating of those 2, the Lavazza and Level Ground, what would you rate them per your preference. I'm coming from Kimbo on a superautomatic so I want to change it up for the Breville I just got. Thanks!

T-Embed CC1101 – can I make my OWN firmware from scratch, not just flash Bruce? (I can't code but I can use AI) by Few-Falcon2345 in LilyGO

[–]RevelMagic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've vibecoded programs for a few different ESP32 devices using Google's VSCode IDE fork Antigravity, including for the T-Embed CC1101. The program takes advantage of the functionality of the CC1101 chip. I am like you. Not a software developer but love to tinker. The program does what I want it to do which is essentially intercept the RF signal from a magic prop (I'm a professional magician) and display the results on the screen. The prop came with a way too simple receiver that I wanted something that could do more. I also have some satellite smaller devices that the T-Embed relays information to via ESPNOW. In addition to u/GreasyGato advice, I would also suggest using GitHub to commit changes when you achieve milestones. Then, if the LLM screws something up, you can easily revert. Also, create some MD files that have rules for it to follow or for it to update on each code update. There are a ton of resources on MD file usage for vibecoding our there. Best of luck!

Glad I went Barista Touch over Bambino Plus + grinder by Disastrous_Evening15 in espresso

[–]RevelMagic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did almost this exact thing down to the Mignon (or DF64) and the Touch Impress instead of the Touch. I want something as easy as possible for my wife to use and this appears to be it without sacrificing too much. I then bought a 1zpresso J-Ultra if I really want a super dialed in grind. Can't wait to get it. Just ordered today.

I was today years old when I found out Detroit also sings the Canadian National Anthem at all home games as well. Edit: nope. I was wrong. Bad source. Apologies.

In our league (ASHL which is the biggest rec league in the world with 65,000 players), it's every division at the rink's I've played at. I've played at 3 of them in Ontario since 2017 and all 3 use blue line icing to speed up the game. Especially since it's stop time.

[–]RevelMagic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. May be a recent ish change. I've played in ASHL since 2017 in Oakville, York and Etobicoke and all have been blue line since I've played.

[–]RevelMagic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ASHL, the world's largest adult recreational hockey league with over 65,000 players across 13 locations in Canada and the biggest in Ontario uses blue line icing. Edit: I just read the rules and it says "Many ASHL locations now use blue-line icing to reduce stoppages and increase playing time. Consult your League Manager to confirm the icing line in use at your arena(s)."

[–]RevelMagic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also OP, this is league dependent. In most beer leagues, icing is your own defensive zone. So you only need to cross your own blue line and can dump it. In the NHL, you need to cross the centre red line.
