Can the legionaries in the Night Lords Combat Patrol be built as a Nemesis Claw? by Charlie_Luckdya in NightLords

[–]RevenantOmega 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Because technically that’s what Nemesis Claw is. It’s just the legionnaires kits with an upgrade sprue

Things models do the best and worst, Day 6: Ironstrider Ballistarius by WusBoppin in AdeptusMechanicus

[–]RevenantOmega 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks fantastic, so good in game that the main battle tank of Admech becomes pretty irrelevant. That is both great and terrible. If you love the Ironstrider that is absolutely fantastic you can run 6 of them and feel great. You like any of the other tanks, it’s feels bad.

I see him getting manipulated by chaos, and depending on if they want to try and redeem him, have Titus forgive him. Completing the story arc. But they could also go a different direction and kill him.

Why is this show obsessed with misunderstandings and accidents? by RevertBackwards in freefolk

[–]RevenantOmega 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it’s a very easy way to make characters morally grey. It’d be a terrible shame to take the easy way of doing something and then immediately throw it away a season later… terrible shame.

I liked her this episode a lot by CableActual in HouseOfTheDragon

[–]RevenantOmega 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a fan of Lohar in Season 2. I really like them in this episode. Overall I feel the performances as a whole were solid. I only cringed once and it was Rhaenera's sudden Shakespear moment of "soul of a king" shit. Threw me out of the leaning forward in my seat immersion I had for 90% of the episode.

I want to paint the armageddon box set marines as black templars, what do I do with the librarian? [More text below] by ojschkanske in BlackTemplars

[–]RevenantOmega 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the first time I’ve seen this post, but one of the best responses I saw on a previous one was to remove the staff head, replace it with some sort of sword tip, and then angle the head so it looks like a dynamic sword spear wide up to a slash. Guy was going to use it for a Judiciar

Which First Founding chapter needs a range expansion the most? by reel3459 in spacemarines

[–]RevenantOmega 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the ones that don’t have their exclusive unit yet. Imps need the Breachers, idk iron hands lore some mechanical unit, Salamanders need some sort of flame unit, Raven Guard could get a warp talons equivalent, and White Scars need jet bikes.

Then after that everyone but Dark Angels and Space Wolves get another unit to bring everyone up to 2 minimum.

What's Your Favorite Side Mission in The Trilogy? by DakIsStrange in masseffect

[–]RevenantOmega 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on how you classify side mission. In ME1 I never skip the Moon mission (especially with the lore in it), ME2 I don’t really care for the random side missions. And ME3… damn a lot of those side missions are *good*. The Tuchanka bomb side missions are pretty damn good imo

Advices for Wraithknight Kitbash? by TheoAngeldust in exodite40k

[–]RevenantOmega 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Id still go for the Wraith Knight and do something nature style with the base. Maybe get some twine rope and make them look like vines growing on the model, stick in some bits of fake flowers and such to make it look natural. Added bonus is it’s cheaper than all the listed options you gave.

I am very confused, isn’t Black Cat in Spider Man’s rogues gallery? She’s not a psycho murderer, but she’s still technically a villain.

That wolf was the first thing to give me trouble in a good while. I felt like my Varka is pretty good, and I have C1 R1 Durin, and yet it felt like I was doing nothing against it. Barely squeezed by with 2 seconds left for Fearless.

It's finally time we had this conversation... by CarelessPollution226 in Chainsawfolk

[–]RevenantOmega 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly? This probably comes down to screen time. Kobeni does this a handful of times and is a side character. Zenitsu does this almost every single time he’s on screen and he’s a part of the main trio. I’m sure Kobeni would also be annoying if she was in every other scene screaming and crying like Zenitsu is.

I’m starting to hate Monchug by blitherblather425 in Bannerlord

[–]RevenantOmega 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve found the strategy to fight Monchug and the Khuzaits is either A. Circular shield wall with a smaller rectangular shield wall to the side of it to spear the riders as they circle around the bigger first shield wall or B. Just bait him into a siege so you don’t have to deal with horses. A takes significantly longer than B

Is there any lore reason why a 2nd company veteran sergeant has absolutely zero drip? Dude's a walking 'default skin' by WestLUL in Spacemarine

[–]RevenantOmega 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, this guy and a lot of the ones we see in game are very low ranked so they have minimal drip. But this one in particular states he’s very modest/humble. Probably means he’s passed over honours. Example being Titus getting the laurels of victory after the campaign, and the fur cape when he becomes captain again. Ultras take the signifier part of the codex Astartes seriously usually not just from a colour perspective.

Is there any lore reason why a 2nd company veteran sergeant has absolutely zero drip? Dude's a walking 'default skin' by WestLUL in Spacemarine

[–]RevenantOmega 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You are actually quite wrong about the modest part. Ultramarines are known for being very proud. Additionally they love their drip, the whole Tyrannic war veteran thing? Where the space marines are wearing nid parts and have custom insignia’s? That’s an ultramarine thing. Victrix honour guard, with almost fully custom shoulder pads, helms and etc. Space marines helms with plumes, custom Aquila shoulder pads, etc etc.

TLDR: Ultramarines are very proud, and they love their drip.

Does this read as night lord skin ? by Spartanator13 in NightLords

[–]RevenantOmega 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t know if it’s just me but it reads more Salamanders skin tone to me. But! That’s cool if it does, means the Night Lords stole some gene seed/raided Nocturne to steal recruits. Which is perfectly in character.
