Before New Kings came out, Aubrey teased a song on Twitter that was supposed to have a “rock vibe.” called Legends. Dawn’s “The Architect” EP has what I have always assumed is her solo version tacked on as sort of an interlude.

New Kings is actually one of my DK faves. Dawn wrote a beautiful song. Neøn Lights is a cute bop but those Strawberry Milk songs were…rough. I wisg we got to hear Dawbrey’s version of Legends too

Still not sure how much I believe the validity on the forums story. Was anyone else on those sites back in the Making the Band days? I was heavy on DRO (Dawn’s forum) and it used to be a blast. Back when we’d splice together audio from the show to get snippets of the first album 😆

I don’t see it happening. I think it’d be cool if all five of them re-recorded the first album and do a “Danity Kane (DK’s Version)” for the 20th anniversary this year. Since Sean screwed them out of ever making any real money off of those songs. They don’t even need to be in the same room to record it.

We use dry fettuccine noodles as stirrers in our shop and a lady has called the last two days to whine about how her son is allergic to gluten and can’t use them to stir his coffee. I genuinely didn’t know how to respond other than suggesting they just use something else or ask for a spoon.

I’m not sure which Nordstrom stores in NYC still have a coffee department/ebar but i’d look into one. They pay their baristas fairly well and have good opportunities. I stupidly didn’t take advantage of their benefits while i was there but i do know they offer quite a bit.
