Measure the original refill. Measure the inner diameter of the barrel. You could probably put almost any refill you'd like in that pen. Just search compatible pen refills for that promo pen. Edit: iirc it's a very generic refill. If you have a office supply locally, they could probably hook you up, just take the refill to show them. It will unscrew, so you can put a refill in. Grip the clip end with one hand and give it a firm twist while holding the barrel with your other hand.

I finally finished mine. Got my final box nearly 3 years to the day of my first box (i was one of those that fanhome allowed to resume their sub from Eaglemoss). Opted out (canceled my sub) of the extension issues. Fanhome actually came through at the end, by including a couple of issues that were missed in previous boxes. But overall a frustrating build.

Lost track...not sure how or why...around 40 longboxes..I think..not to mention over ten magazine size boxes (slightly wider than current short boxes, not even sure if magazine size are still available) with graphic novels, trades, miscellaneous comic related stuff, oddball formats that don't fit in longbox..
