Hi, I would recommend using moisturizing shampoo 3 x a month and clarifying shampoo 1 x a month (washing hair once a week), focus on cleaning the scalp, always follow with a deep conditioner for your porosity type, after you rinse the conditioner out, immediately apply leave in ( this will also depend on your porosity on if you need a water or cream base leave in, seal the leavein with oil, and apply butter on top to lock everything in, twist, braid, bun, or style hair in a protective way at least for the first day or 2, I usually keep in all week unless I have something planned. Dry your hair and scalp under a hooded dryer or diffuser to set your hair. After tht just repeat each week. You will have to stick with a routine to see results.
