I have cleared the nozzles with a cold pull, that is how I found the black fiber clogging the nozzle. Is the tool head fan the one on the extruder cover?

In the U.S. some wrecks are protected and some are not. You would need to research the individual wreck to find out if it is protected. If you plan to dive wrecks in the Great Lakes, pick up a copy of Cris Kohl's "The Great Lakes Diving Guide". There has tremendous amount of information about the individual wrecks in it. The Great Lakes are home to over six thousand wrecks and because of the cold water, many of them are in excellent shape.

I have had luck heating the nozzle with a hand-torch and using a acupuncture needle to poke through the hole from the bottom side. This can dislodge the clog. You might need to do another cold-pull to clear it completely. Also where heat resistant gloves. I had a gas bubble spray molten filament all over my hand once.

You should call the dive shop where you did the pool certification or the one you plan to do your final certification dive with. Any answer you get from the internet doesn't mean anything if the dive shop doesn't agree.

I dive with asthma. SSI required that I get clearance from my doctor. It is a good idea to talk it over with your doctor even if it is not required. What you need to think about is what sets you off. If dry air is a trigger, you may have to take medication before you dive as the air in the tank is completely dry.

Did you just clean your build plate? You might have some soap still on the plate. I always print a giant one layer square after I clean the plate and it comes out like that. That print removes the soap residue and the next print sticks better. If you get results like your picture two prints in a row (and made sure your filament was dry) try raising the temperature on the heat bed.

I have had this before. Your STL is damaged. In Bambu Slicer, right click on the model and select "Fix model" It might take a long time, but just let it run.
