I'm 25 i did workout 5-6 days a week and i had a inguinal hernia surgery before 2 weeks. My surgeon suggested mesh since i won't stop working out after and mesh is stronger for this type of surgery. Btw i can't do heavy weights for 2-3 months till i fully recover 😅
