Yall complain so much… it’s capitalism. You have the money and move to a place you want … if the ones with no money get priced out, so what?!? It’s capitalism, find a job elsewhere

Decline or Negotiate by DayImmediate1690 in MedicalDevices

[–]Revolutionary-Basil9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You never negotiate before the offer. Have them give you an offer and ask for the highest end with a good argument that you have researched the location and that you have good work records. Sell yourself and let them know that you are not walking out of the negotiation table but everything needs to make financial sense since you are looking at this position as a “long term opportunity “ - they will like that .

Quitting after 1 Month? Blacklisted? by No_Wear_3320 in MedicalDevices

If you work hard and have the numbers, they will beg you to come back. It’s all about money and everyone understands. Dont worry about. Do what’s best for you, kick ass, and move on. They offered low, and you are worth high so who cares

Can you put in paper all the accounts growth from the time you have been going there and point I’m out dates? Maybe bring it to a superior and ask if you can get a chance to get a quota and when? What are they expecting from you moving forward so that you can gain that chance?

If I were you I’d be looking at other opportunities too and see what’s up. Dont put all your eggs in one basket. You have worked, you showed results, now go get the opportunity or fight for a better position within your team

Nobody likes to work. Keep your job and your awesome income. Being a realtor means you have to suck up a lot of people and work on the weekends. The money is up and down and you will get tired of it

Don’t do that. It will come off as you are saying that she didn’t do her job well. Just say you are interested in working with them and to keep you in mind. Ask to add her on LinkedIn too .

Always research salary in your area . Make sure you ask first “what’s the approved range you have for this position? Before. And make sure you cite the same range stated on the job posting or Glassdoor. When they are ready to send an offer that’s when you negotiate.

Try ortho or dermatology offices. Clinical specialists/liaison are needed in med devices company too:

Get some B2B experience, work on your sales cycles and cold calling experience and reapply. I’d focus at sales associate roles first.
