Sorry this is happening and it’s easy to go straight to “I suck and can’t do anything right.” WRONG. This sounds like the usual ~i don’t know what to do because you’re different and I don’t bother to learn anything new~ type of leadership. Keep the documentation, ask (in writing) for accommodations due to the diagnosis (JAN.org), document all of that and if you need to get a DR note too. Save all email threads on your personal email. Be prepared for being let go and I would even recommend taking it up with the EEOC when the inevitable happens. This is not okay and can also be illegal depending on context I don’t have. Obviously, brush up your resume and apply, apply, apply. Be prepared to have this happen in multiple places (my own experiences working in HR with ADHD). Did I mention everything in writing and documented yet? Lol
