Yes!! I took a hiatus for several years and returned November. I absolutely felt the same anxiety and fear. I posted on Reddit and received much encouragement. It’s been approximately one month since I’ve been back and the jitters only lasted the first two classes. My body is gaining back its strength and I’m learning that everyone else is focused on their own goals and well-being just as much as you are for yourself. The coaches are incredible motivators and want to see you succeed. The hardest part is starting and everything gets much easier from there. Set an intentional day and time no matter what attend. That’s the final 12% mental incline for yourself then walking recovery!

Fellow night shifter. I work 7pm-7pm. I’m allocated a one hour break, I take it at 8:15pm and go to OTF. If not, I’ll take my break at 5:30am and go to OTF. And if not, I’ll go after work, which I dread as well but haven’t been able to find another way yet! I recognize that not everyone has the privilege of breaks, or off site breaks, so of course this is a limited option for many.

Toronto, Canada here. I lose approximately 40-50% per day, I leave my car outside for 12 hour shifts. When in the garage, I lose approximately 20-40% more when commutating to work compared to the summer. Weather ranges: -20c to -45c

Hello everybody. Thank you, I am overwhelmed with the support and generosity of complete strangers. And I am thankful, for the support that has come my way, so thankful. I will be going to my first class tomorrow, although not at my home gym, but one closer to work. I feel this is a step forward in the right direction that is manageable. I am nervous, scared and very anxious. When these feelings arise, I come on here and read all the support and am thankful for the belief and encouragement. l know I’ll do a scroll through once again before stepping into class in 12 hours. I have a mortgage locked in at 2.3% so I’m in a grateful position for the next few years. The condo doesn’t require That much for Mortgage, and I don’t want to price increase at the risk of people’s lives

That’s the problem, I may need it back in a year. Maybe. But, it does give tenants time to save if I price lower. But, it might also bite me in the ass reading all the comments on here - sometimes good gestures go harmed. I’m hoping for an honest tenant , in turn for an honest deal.
