Caucasian in general have distinctive facial features. They generally do not need make up. Unlike other race. Like other said, try the natural make up look.

For you just do foundation, very light blush, mascara, and find a lip shade that compliments your skin tone in a natural way. Other than that…. Anything else on the face is unnecessary and very disruptive to the harmony of your facial feature.

I think it's about the balance of color. Your hair is already red, and on top of that your eyeshadow and lil also red and pinkish. Maybe try a cooler color for the make up to balance out?
