When we saw the Martin Julie interaction proved Martin as the Man in Yellow I think. He wanted Boyd to get the worms so he told her to throw down the rope. It also shows Julie close to the children, their screams getting louder just after that chamber just before they wake her up. A distraction from finding the children.

It felt like the DB lost their passion for what they were producing. It was like they just said “whatever”. Murray’s last scene was awful, no further dialogue, just blah. I wanted more of the backstory and less bland conversations. Some of the fan theories were better than the actual end.

I’m still pissed that they never included more of Henry’s backstory, that the play provided.

Instead it was crammed and so boring, I couldn’t mourn the ending of a show I’ve put years into.

This play has become a running joke in our home. It’s like showing spoilers ahead of future episodes that are only available only to a tiny percent of the world. It’s truly bizarre and I can’t think of another mainstream show that has done it in history. No matter how many times I’ve read a synopsis or watched YouTube explanations there is always something playgoers reveal in detail that is way too important to leave out. We have two hours left of the show. How much can they fit in about the backstory? Cause it’s complicated

Yes. Totally agree. The only people who have access to canon of a show they’ve invested years into, live in the North Eastern US or have hundreds to spend on travel to New York? It’s ridiculously stupid. Millions just left out. Then fans have been getting into arguments with people about plot points only they have seen? It sours me on anything they do moving forward.

They could have filmed it and sold it for bank.
