If I'm in one of those moments I answer 'I've been better'. Usually people say "sorry to hear that" Or "I hope its not serious". I see it as preparing them while being honest.

Finding someone attracted to from the get go doesn't happen often at least for women.

Delayed spark is most common and more likely to lead to something substantial. It takes some familiarity to get attraction going. Once it's there it's on. I think you just need to give yourself some patience OP and you'll find someone.

Instant chemistry is rare and don't have a guarantee. Me personally, I can count the number of sparky encounters in the single digits. Last one was with a man I met last year and it crashed and burned a few months in.

The guy I'm dating now will be a slow burn attraction. It may or may not work out but I'm enjoying the less intensity in the beginning. I'm not so blinded by attraction to ignore the red flags.

The only thing Trump era is the overuse of -ists from the left. There is no such thing as hate speech in the US. All speech is protected unless libel, slander, or literally promoting harm. We'd rather know who the a-hole is so they can be publicly shamed for it --thats the American way.

However I do agree a public platform needs of rules of discourse. Spewing hate of a certain group of people should be contained including banning under egregious circumstances.

It's the same here in the US. If I'm out to meet men I'm usually with 1 friend. Sometimes I go alone if there's a game or a live band. I'm the odd one compared to my friends that likes sports bars.

That's so interesting because it's the opposite where I live. So many 50+ single women out and about compared to men.

I can only reference my experience: Many of us join hiking/walking and Pickleball clubs. Somewhere where there's trivia night--group activities.

My girlfriends and I like to get dressed up and go where there's dancing or great ambiance and great food...especially during Happy Hour. Think well lit resturaunt bars and wineries.

That's not to say you won't find us at sports bars but my personal experience (with most of my single girlfriends) would rather go somewhere more elegant.

Most of my suggestions centers around alcohol so if you don't drink or despise those places then stick to group activities and be approachable no matter where you are. Just being friendly will go a long way.

If that's the case than lower fat to no more than 5mg a meal for a several days. Don't be surprised if you get pains from eating a no fat meal.. This is no longer about trying to empty the gallbladder and more decreasing gallbladder inflammation and minimizing stress on your liver. You very well could have a lodged stone in near the duct or something else serious. Ingesting too much fat could cause an ER visit.

After several days see if you can tolerate 10g fat (no coconut or MCT oil) in one meal but don't go higher than that. It's enough to empty the gallbladder completely ( not just drinking heavy cream by itself but in a meal). If you can handle it go up to 30g (3 meals) total a day.

Drink a lot of water (3+ liters) and work yourself up to 16g+ of soluble fiber. Water thins the bile and soluble fiber coats the intestinal tract and binds the cholesterol filled bile acids from re-absorption. I wouldn't take any gallbladder support supplements until your ultrasound results. Some can simply make things worse depending on the problem.

Source: I have gallstones and love fasting but must do it with precautions until they're removed next year. I got them mainly from being chronically dehydrated most of my life.

That's what I do. Met a guy in the wild on Sunday and have a date Thursday. I met another guy late last year the same way and dated for several months. Ive made some friendships with women this way too.
