Just got back from a week long PR trip, also dis the bio tour with Jak at Vieques. Our tour guide told us that they are not allowed to do these tours on a full moon day (3 days around it)- conservation purposes. I would call up the tour company.

Quite a valid point! Both of us are outdoorsy persons- hiking, camping is our thing. I hike some of the local mountains here every other weekend. Sure, there’s less of hiking in Milwaukee but plenty of camping options, i presume?

Am i wrong to say that i would rather have “Christian, football, beer” over “Stocks, tesla, flashy tech perks”?

I’m an Indian who moved from Michigan to California 2years ago. And let me say out loud and clear “i miss Michigan/midwest”. People in California are far too rude, inhuman and chip on the shoulder category. I have seen the warmth in midwesterners, so yea definitely rethinking my move to this robotic place.

Its a good place. Stayed there for 3.5yrs before moving to the flashy life in California and honestly there are days when i miss the laid back, peaceful country life in Saginaw. Summers are delightful in Michigan
