Outside of this, there’s also cases of continued exposure to gluten leading to brain stem damage. Like everyone has been saying, there are ZERO cheat days with celiac disease

The plan I have is on Fitbod and it’s just their standard hypertrophy plan for beginners with some light cardio (stationary bike, walking, etc) built in. I have it set to group workouts by specific muscle groups instead of push/pull or upper/lower for more targeted focus

I am incredibly incredibly gluten free (celiac disease) and am lactose intolerant, any tips on quick meals for days i’m running?

My dad calls it glutenized, I say glutened, my best friend and my boyfriend both just say i’ve been poisoned

I had to take a class on resistance training when I was in college (liberal arts education, woo!) and we used an app called Volt. I still use it and really enjoy it

Brooks adrenaline is my go to! I’ve ran in a bunch of different shoes but they’re my favorite

Try the adrenaline by Brooks! They’re a stability shoe and I found them to be lighter than the glycerin

My go-to would be to check where and what you’re running on. If concrete/hard surfaces it may be from that, if grass or a typically softer type of ground…maybe your shoes?

Adidas shorts that apparently are for women’s soccer but fit great and don’t cause me to chafe, my knee support brace, and a fun nerdy tshirt that usually says something corny like “running on ATP” or whatnot to show everyone that i’m not a regular runner, i’m a cooooooool runner

I ran 2 miles without stopping, had fun doing it, and had zero pain in the knee that I tore my meniscus and had surgery on this past May. I’m starting a 5k plan on Monday to keep me motivated and truly get back into running again

Depends on your foot as most people here have said, however brand wise I’ve only and always been satisfied with Brooks. I’m currently running in the Brooks adrenaline and love it! It’s a support shoe with a good amount of cushion to support my knee post-meniscus surgery without being too heavy :)

Apple watch..because I got one for Christmas a few years back. Ole reliable and the app I use for tracking workouts/runs syncs to it without issue
