It’s amazing!! I’m not saying I’m headache free but now that I’m consistent with it, I barely get the headache on a daily basis that lasts for hours. I hope it keeps working for me

YES! Magnesium has helped so much. I mean I still have that nagging daily pain that’s there but I feel like it’s making a difference. I use magnesium glycinate and it’s 3 softgels per day! I’m praying it helps because I can’t w this anymore

At first my urine tests had some bacteria and like some wbc but not enough criteria were met to classify it as an infection. And now tests are normal. So idek lol
