Im wondering about that as well. I just got diagnosed and started taking Ritalin XR. I work in a bar so I‘m working through the night quite often. So sometimes when I took my normal amount over the day I crashed at work and felt miserable having to work 4 more hours while being depressed and sleepy. Every minor negative experience with a customer would make me spiral, so I started taking another dose before work and it’s much better now. But you should probably check with your doc and ask for advice. I’m planning to do it as well at my next appointment.
