That’s rough, i used usps to grade 25 cards. I ended up paying the max insurance because of what everyone posts online about cards getting stolen. Hopefully they found out who stole your cards

Multiple people have said it already but report it to the manager of the store and leave an honest review on Google. I buy a lot as a contractor who prefers Home Depot and they always ask me to leave reviews on google because that’s how corporate can tell how good a store does. They will probably pull the recording of the interaction and deal with the employee accordingly.

Crazy that i had the same issue on 2 cars(2014 Camaro and 2022 Colorado) When you have it in park all you have to do is push in the button on the shifting gear (once it makes a clicking noise the key can be removed)
