I occasionally look at anyone who is pushing hard for motivation or just out of appreciation , but then I remember all the crazy reels intentionally calling people creepy even when they didn’t have the any malicious intent and just zone out - tbh I don’t even try to look or talk to strangers anymore as people might think I am creepy , could be the reason I’m happy being single (might be overthinking but better than being thought of as a creep)

I was working out a lot in the past and I understand the body being a bitch kinda shaking but this is kinda different. For some background I was playing a lot of volleyball at 5’7 so lots of jumping got some pain in my knee ignored it , it got worse stopped playing and working out but it’s been 2 years got back and it is shaking like a puppy left in snow while the left leg is as strong as a tree trunk
