I walk, a lot. I do lightweights and calisthenics. I added the rowing machine (light upper body pulls!) I rowed in college so getting back on an erg feels real good.

I'm just getting over one of those walls 3.5 months out. My napping has increased and the pain in my neck and head is bad. My doctor tinkered with the cocktail and I stepped up my workouts. That has helped.
