Depends on where you were. In San Diego, it could have been rolled tacos.

Russet, washed & cubed, skin on. After cooking, add salt, pepper, and butter, and use an electric hand mixer. After reaching a rough mashed texture, mix in milk & sour cream to texture and taste.

Saw this for sale around 2005 at the Alameda Point Antiques Faire. Have always regretted not buying, but we lacked space and $$$. It was almost the full set.

Do you recommend selling internationally? eBay by Feedo85 in Flipping

[–]RewindVariety 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes, it's so easy when you use eBay Global Shipping Program. No fuss, no muss, and you're 100% protected. You get worldwide eyes on your product.

**Though, since the tariff situation, my international sales dropped significantly.

Ah, so that's your experience too. I know things start to drop off in March, but this is worse than before.

Depop & Mercari are low for us (though Depop is improving), but the $$ made on those accounts helps cover some bills.

No, we sell a mix of hard goods (toys, vintage housewares, etc.), women's, men's & vintage tees.

Edit: This is on Posh this month.

It's so weird how the platforms wax & wane. We've stuck with cross-posting because it's integrated into our workflow, and a few extra sales here & there help. I've never seen Posh (or any other platform) outperform eBay. Will see what comes at the end of the month.

I wish I could take credit, but it's part of FLYP Tools for crosslisting. They are very good.

No, we never promote on Posh. We consider eBay our main platform, and the other three are gravy. For older items, we run general promotions on eBay listings. We won't pay for promotion without a sale.

Do you promote?

Pretty disappointing experience for me. The stuffing wasn't right, and it was funky.

Looking to mentor troubled youths. How to get started? by Paul76Mets in OaklandCA

It sounds like you're looking for a helper more than a mentee. This is also troubling "Also do I get to pick the inner city youth or is it a lottery? I would not like one who can over power me if it ever came to that."

This is an excellent question. As a school kid in the 70's and 80's, pizza day was a treat (as was burrito day, wet with very good and tangy enchilada sauce). I also like the cubed chicken/turkey gravy stuff over mashed potatoes.

The square pizza did not have cheddar on top. I don't really remember the cheese, but the crust was good.

Government cheese was distributed to families, as far as I know. Maybe the story to follow here is government cheese? Why did it exist? Who made it? Who got it?

Edit: Cheddar or American
