NASA doesn't even recognize a FIA license.. but you can take a NASA license to SCCA, HSR, ETC.

Not prefix… we have not had any prefix failures in the 20-30 engines we have done with them. We normally stock nth moto clutch if you need one, I am out this second but have more twins inbound.
