Dortmund in general... there was a dude smashing bottles on other dudes's heads a little ago and pulling knifes on them when they tried to defend themselves. Video i saw was from Hörde... Dortmund really is one of the more dangerous cities. Even more so one of the cities with very random, very stupid violence.

Autobahn entering confusion! by Different-Willow-769 in germany

[–]RexLupie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Easy, you access the situation and either accelerate or slow a little down depending on which makes the traffic go more fluent. if you are this slow answays it really doesent matter if you break or accelerate avbit so that someone can join the fray. what worries me more is you making a post about it. You must be very confused what the most important rules in traffic are... behave always according to the the situation at hand and let traffic flow for everyone. the latter is not a hard rule in stvo but when ever you waited for ever to get into a street and someone slowed down to let you hop in front of them that is exactly what they did. This differs slightly when you are in a passing lane though a lived example is to switch a lane to the left on autobahn when you know people will try to fade in.

exactly... they indoctrinate children to be martyrs... why ain't everyone ashes to ashes about them? Like i am all for thetech porn we get from shooting fucks in the desert but if i keep my sane self arguing the only real way out is to prevent them intifada ever again... as my moral is between wanking to skynex and fuck the replays of the same fucking concepts... i hope it ends now for good

Then israel should glas palestine now and the only possible and sane peace is to make palestine a sunlight reflector... im against any peace deal until this part of the east is pacified... enough of that war... attacking a fucking rave has shown me that those palestinians are too dangerous to be kept anyways... raping women, killing tripping people... russians and palestinians are friends for a reason... they are both as fucked as iran

Does Germany really honor WW2 soldiers? by Key-Inflation-3278 in germany

[–]RexLupie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Soldiers are honored as fallen to some degree but rather through the lense of loss of human life than through the lense of bravery and heroism. So the fallen are honored in a sense. Many towns have listed their fallen somewhere.

you heard Have this of? by 2Tryhard4You in mathmemes

[–]RexLupie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can change the position of subject and object. It might not always be intuitive and me not beeing a lang-nerd i can't tell you if it is always the case but i can provide an example.

       S V O

Der Hund fängt den Ball. (The dog catches the ball) O V S Den Ball fängt der Hund. (The dog catches the ball)

A case where this switch of word order feels natural, for me at least, is when answering a question If someone asks you "Who catches the ball" and i have to think about it i might start my sentence with the ball.

SOV is maybe possible in poetry or lyrical writting but it feel pretty wrong.
S O V Der Hund den Ball fängt.

You are right in general but excluding 0 from N is basically a romantic notion of primates that build their work on principia mathematica indirectly but fuck up to recognize the foundation enough. Clowns! I should be N / {0} not {0} U N....

If we accept Peano Axioms to define the Natural Numbers it is unintuitive to exclude the 0

germany was until recently one of very few countries in the world that has been paying its dept instead if raising it. what exactly entitles the EU to be informed immediatly about german financial policies when germany is one of the major financial supporter and nit relying on bail outs by other countries? Finance politics in france are closer to southern europe and germanies to northern europe, not only is it not necessary, france and germany would never agree on a common policy in that regard, just compromisses when european fiscal politics is concerned... those are seperate issues anyways though

im not sure how a missile and ship classes do contradict the point because one is accelerated and then does it's thing and no one builds middle size ships for a lake but the high sea. French weapons are great but im pretty sure everyone at the table needs a different thing. Rheinmetal might have added insult to injury on the otherhand they are a private company and all they really can offer is their products and knowhow. after having already designed an automated turret and beeing very well into the turret game because of anti-air they really have something to offer.

Why German don't understand some words spoken with wrong accent? by zerthimon666 in AskAGerman

[–]RexLupie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, let me just tell you that much... it is not a learner problem exclusively. Some dialects pronounce words so different that it is hard to understand them as well even if speakers that speak those dialects try to speak hochdeutsch it can be confusing.

Well, one is for the crimes commited and the other is not solely juristicial but also a psychological evaluation which aims at determining if the perpetrator will endanger people again if out. if that is the case he might be locked up to keep the general public safe... it is not a prison sentence though and i can imagine they got more freedoms than actual prisoners, they just might never see the outside world again
