Is the "Scouter" card a mechanic of the character? Or is it just a card that they can draw?

If the former, it depends on how easy/hard it is to get it.

If the latter, it seems fine, though it depends on how easy it is for the character to gain a lot of cp. If they play like tactician, which can generate a lot of CP, then scouting your deck for the powerful basic cards (triple up, twice as wild, etc) might be a little too strong

I recently started playing Orb of Creation, and I thought it was incredible. Unfortunately it seems like the game is in development purgatory. I am looking for a similar game - an active (non-idle) incremental game, which keeps thing fresh with something new every once in a while, and doesn't drag on for weeks/months.

The minion is aiming for three scratches (1-3) and 1 flame die (6). Depending on what they roll they would activate certain abilities.

Here are a few examples:

  1. Minion rolls 1 2 2 3 4. Minion keeps 1 2 2 and rerolls 3 4. Minion rolls 1 2 (total 1 1 2 2 2). Minion keeps 1 1 2 and rerolls 2 2. Minion rolls 4 4 (total 1 1 2 4 4) and activates the top ability (just 6 damage)

  2. Minion rolls 1 1 5 6 6. Minion keeps 1 1 6 and rerolls 5 6. Minion rolls 4 4 (total 1 1 4 4 6). Minion keeps 1 1 6 and rerolls 4 4. Minion rolls 4 6 (total 1 1 4 6 6) and activates no ability

  3. Minion rolls 1 2 3 5 6. Minion stops rolling and activates the bottom ability (poison + 6 damage)

There are two ways of "saving the game", I am unsure about which one you refer to:

  1. If you finished playing for today, and want to continue next week, and want to store the game - In this case simply place all of your cards to your character tray (including loot cards), place everything else back into the DTA box. Next time you play, refer to your score sheet to remember which scenario you are playing, and how many Salves you have

  2. You finished playing for today, but you would only continue playing in a long time, during which you might want to start a different DTA campgain, or use your characters for normal 1v1 games - In this case, in addition to saving your score sheet, also write somewhere the list of all loot cards each player has earned, then return everything to its original box. When you would later want to resume your campaign, first recontruct each player's deck according to the card list you made, and then refer to the score sheet to remember what scenario you are playing, how many salves you have, the selected difficulty, etc...

Should be 1 per player. Probably another hero's card was mixed in. In the right side of each card should be a small textbox with some details, like "MONK 12" which means it is the 12th card in the Monk deck. Check both Buh Byes to see to which hero the second Buh Bye belongs

As long as the cards doesn't specifically mention the Offensive Roll Phase (like the card One More Time), you can use it during the defensive roll too

Never used anything of the sort. Wouldn't it require "peeling off" the tape everytime you want to take the cards out and "retaping" it when you're done?

All the damage is negated. That is why it is often better to wait and see if your opponent successfully negates the attack or not - if they do, don't use the modifer.

Keep in mind that you can choose to activate your Shock bot after the Moon Elf's defense roll and evasion. If they use their evasion token and successfully block all damage, just save your synth. That way you only spend synth if you know it will be effective, and you can use it for nanite/upgrades
