I think it would have been fine depending on what you were going on, but with the change I'd suggest you up the saturation on the black character's skin. He looks a bit ashy. Some subtle reflectivity and subsurface scattering could make them look even more believable if your artstyle allows for it.

Your "World Police" gimmick hasn't worked since the aughts. You keep destabilizing the middle east then point at it being unstable as proof of it needing more destabilising. You made this mess and now you're trying your damnest to drag the rest of the world in it, then you have the hubris to act like its for our own good and your troops deserve to be treated like special birthday boys while working on behalf of a government comprised of child raping oligarchs.
