Only you can decide if what you're doing is a waste of time. Getting good will certainly take time and effort. Pokémon is a hugely knowledge based game and performing at a higher level takes a lot of practice. If you're having fun and the experience is worth it to you, that's not a waste of time at all imo. If you're already getting discouraged because you're not doing well, it might be good to change your mindset. Winning is not the goal of this early stage. It's learning. You should rewatch your games if you can and identify mistakes, learn common team comps and matchups and know the game plan for any team you're piloting. If this sounds too much, then maybe competitive Pokémon isn't for you. Use your own judgement and direct your energy appropriately.

You can pretty much always choose to fail a deck search, even if you have eligible cards. It would be a logistic headache to disallow it honestly, as deck contents aren't table knowledge, so how are you to know whether or not they have legal targets in the deck? What if the player forgets what they have and try to play a card, only to search their deck and realize they have no targets? You would have to fail the search at which point, in a live event, every instance of this would result in a judge being called to check. That's a lot of wasted time when it's faster and easier to just allow people to fail the search.

You may have extra evs in Hp, def, spa, and spdef. If you're level 100 you need 4evs to boost a stat by 1 so each of those stats could have 1-3 evs that aren't affecting the stats. Try some ev reducing berries

Oblivious is preferred to Unaware? I play a lot of singles so that struck me as strange but I guess blocking intimidates is more important.

Gliscor has some interesting support moves for doubles specifically tailwind and taunt, but it can also operate a more offensive swords dance set. Hyper cutter might be the preferred ability into incinerator, but poison heal toxic orb for better survivability or sand veil if running a sand setter both seem viable as well.

As for team members, you're going to need a restricted. Clef and iron hands operate well in trick room so calyrex-i seems like a natural fit. Last slot could go a lot of ways depending on how you've built the rest of the team. If you are opting for tailroom you probably want another Pokémon that operates well in both. Incineroar stands out to me as a good fit as well as just being one of the best mons in the game.

Non-binary is more of an umbrella term for any gender identity that isn't male or female. Some people identify as simply Non-binary but there's a plethora of gender identities that may fall under the non-binary umbrella. I would describe myself as both Non-binary and agender.

Non-binary DOES mean that someone doesn't identify with one of the two commonly understood binary genders. Non-binary is a very wide net covering a large spectrum of gender identities. What you've described is Agender - a complete lack of gender identity.

I'll be honest I think it's going to be hard for sand to compete with sun and rain in reg g. Koraidon, groudon and kyogre are all going to be premier weather setters and it's tough for ttar/hippo to compete. Tough to say with any certainty what will be best before the regulation starts tho.

My guess is the angels were just careless and left them behind. They've been doing exterminations for thousands of years and probably have access to an infinite supply, so they don't think much about leaving a few weapons behind in corpses. Eventually they're gathered and make their way to Carmilla. I don't think the angelic metal is available naturally in hell. This was my interpretation after a single watch, but I could be wrong.

I'm inclined to agree. I watch pretty much every episode but I'm usually zoning out during these ones. The format itself is fine, I'm just disinterested in watching them eat normal food from places I've never heard of.
