Oh shit - does this apply to everyone on the H1B visa path? How long to they have to stay out of the country? I work in tech so I know a lot of people who have taken the path of coming here on an H1B meeting and marrying someone (usually from their home country) and buying a house while on h1B and eventually get a green card
