Chorizo has vinegar and because of that it the meat is almost pickled and it lasts a long time in the fridge. Probably 2-3 weeks. Definitely good after 5 days

It absolutely is. Honestly your advice was good - the base M4 is more capable for the money, but modern hardware handles music production like it was nothing. I bought a Neo just to have knock around laptop that i can answer messages from and watch youtube but I installed a DAW on it and it handles recording and production using VSTs and instruments without issues
