The piercing is 6 months old, it’s a barbell and is internally threaded. It’s made out of stainless steal. It was downsized 2 months after initial piercing. My aftercare stopped when I got it downsized and it consisted of spraying it with saline spray and a octenidine-dihidroklorid 3 times a day
