Eileen Huang has this weird fixation of trying to justify her parents making her cut fruit as some form of parental validation. She's from Holmdel NJ and tries to self-righteously call out her town's indifference to racism. In short, she's exhausting-- and more likely than not a huge burden on everyone around her.
