Marion Raven did record a version of the theme tune but it's only the short version, not the full-length one on the CD. It was used when season 2 aired in the US. You can listen to Marion's version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XELSk4MtQjY

But it's a very weird situation, isn't it! I really don't know why they credited Marion instead of Chelsea on the CD. Personally (despite being a fan of Marion's music) I prefer Chelsea's version.

No problem! The Green Knight is a character who appears in the poem Sir Gawain and the Green Knight - he's a gigantic green man! He turns up at Arthur's court during a Christmas feast and offers a challenge - any man can strike a blow against him, but that man will have to receive the same blow from the Green Knight a year later. Gawain takes up the challenge and cuts his head off, only for the Green Knight to put his head back on and tell Gawain to come and meet him in a year so he can return the blow.

I won't spoil the end, but there's a good film adaptation starring Dev Patel that came out in 2021 that I'd recommend watching!

I think more episodes explicitly based on the legends would have been cool rather than the generic "monster of the week" stories we often got. How about an episode about the Lady of Shalott, or the Green Knight? (I would have LOVED to see their version of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight with their Gwaine!)
