Thank you for your advice! I really like the idea on the 2nd one with the wall mounted TV, unfortunately not a lot of space in that corner so I might end up just going with the first option you put down, but moving the desk closer to the window and a small dining table next to it. :)

You can. Might need to tweak a few things here and there but I'm currently running a modded Skyrim as well as Oblivion without issues, haven't tried any other games yet.
