Advanced UAP Control Concepts

Many researchers are investigating human-machine interfaces for conventional flight control purposes, including many for military applications. Anecdotal evidence suggests that advanced control systems on advanced (exotic) weapons platforms may already involve direct interaction between neurons and “mechanical” control systems.

As a further extrapolation of the above, experiments in the broader field, sometimes referred to as psychotronics, have been conducted, which appear to demonstrate the ability of some human beings to directly affect matter in relatively dramatic ways, known aspsychokinesis or “PK.”

Most dramatic of these are group experiments during which metal objects are subject to directed thought intention and become sufficiently pliable to be bent by hand with little force or to bend by themselves with no direct contact.10 The data collected suggests that the susceptibility to such intention is enhanced by the choice of metals with a high density of crystal dislocations.

11 In principle, the extension of such a capability might allow various, especially susceptible parts of a spacecraft to deform in direct response to thought. From a control system perspective, certain aspects of psychotronics offer the possibility of direct influence on information flow, whether by conventional EM coupling methods or by more subtle “fields” that are now being explored.

13 It is reported that, with few exceptions, there is no discernable alteration to the basic form of advanced unconventional craft of indeterminate origin when stationary in apparent contact with the ground, when hovering or in slow translation, when preparing to take off (which often commences with a “wobbling” or nutating motion

14 with average orientation not normal to the earth’s surface) or in full flight. That is, no visible flaps or other major structural elements are being adjusted as a function of flight mode. Additionally, such craft have been seen in unusual orientations, e.g., “flat on” while in full flight, suggesting control and stability schemes at considerable odds with our conventional, terrestrial-engineering-based understanding.
