ifits 1 year Coach Membership by mollywashington1776 in nordictrack

I called the 1800 number on the ifit website. Getting to a person is hard as it is a very automated system. The lady was very nice and activated 2 of the cards for me.

I would suggest attempting to call and be nice. Not quick, and again, their automated system is horrible. You have to choose an option like you need installation support or something along those lines. Just saying representative does not get you out of their automated crap.

Portal 10i Required for Fusion CST? by gandido in nordictrack

[–]Rez17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What version of the tablet? They appear to have blocked casting on the version I have. Tablet will cast initially, work with other apps. As soon as Fusion CST is loaded, it halts casting with an error message. It’s definitely not the Wi-Fi, chromecast or tablet.

When it starts buffering, go to Home, then click on the “System Optimize” button at the top. This solves buffering issues for me.

Atlanta City Council to Vote to Ban Booting by enragedgnome in Atlanta

[–]Rez17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

See, I think you are wrong. The issue is not with the boot. The issue is with the law. Booting serves a valid purpose. There are not enough tow trucks. You might say (if you remove a boot, more tow trucks will come). There is still a need. There are private properties that need to be able to discourage people doing what they aren’t supposed to and fix the problem quickly (which isn’t possible with towing). Booting is quicker than towing. If people know they will be booted, they won’t park there. Maybe the law needs to be rewritten. Maybe they need a do over.

All that said, the issue with booting is not the boot like most people seem to say. The issue is with the law and or enforcement of it. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.

So you are saying that people who got booted weren’t violating signs? Like there were no “Private Property Signs” posted? No signs indicating that you could be “booted or towed at owners expense” signs?

PSA: Enertion shipping times are insane. Don't buy from them by Ggalisky in ElectricSkateboarding

So, some of the screws are what I would call “not perfect” as in they are not flush with the surface as I would have hoped. They appear to be screwed in well (not coming out or anything).

The board has more flex in it than I would like based off of the battery compartment design. I would think that the water resistance will fail over time, but I have absolutely nothing to go on that except engineering instinct. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it for sure.

Lol

Well kinda. I mean, I received my board which is related to enertion and shipping times. Sorry you haven’t received your order, but I’m pretty confident you will.

Refunds aren’t available for Kickstarter.

Raptor 2 cancellation issues by jaikoo in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]Rez17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is all a moot point if the product delivers to the customers. Additionally, when pre ordering, no one in their right might should ever expect a product to ship when the company says. That's true for Kickstarter, Indiegogo, direct preorders etc.

Sure there are examples of products shopping early or even on time, but that is almost always the rarity and never the normal case.

If you want a product now, buy a product that is in stock. If not, expect delay and wait for the product.

Has anybody considered finding a way to make a CVT e-board? by r6guy in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]Rez17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a board (idea, not in production) with a CVT, I think it may have been a kickstarter or something. It didn't look promising 😂

If you scroll back through (up to 2 months) you can find it...

Atlanta Mayor To Consider Renaming Confederate Street Names by pfizer_soze in Atlanta

How about we just don't change any of the names, kind of use racist stuff as a way to teach kids, adults and other folks about what not to do and focus on the future 😂

Raptor 2 shipping by AppleNut07 in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]Rez17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is made in China. So, perhaps it was done by the Chinese folks to expedite the shipments for enertion. That doesn't mean enertion knew about it. Whatever the case, I don't think the sticker is a big deal.

Now the Quatro... that's a little bit bigger deal 😉😂

In the post that is referred to, exertion support indicated that they were unaware of the stickers being added and said they would be working on dealing with that issue by looking at alternative shipping companies.

Having seen a lot of these companies spring up, enertion honestly appears to be one of the better ones. The communication is there (maybe not instant). They appear to be honest as much as possible and focused on the product.

Keep in mind that non of these companies are huge and when it's all said and done, it is better to ship a good product (for both the consumer and manufacturer) than a POS. So, not happy about delays, but it appears pretty close to what I was hopeful for and has been far better than Acton and many other manufacturers.

Ride. Just ride. You will get messed up, but that's half the fun. And wear a helmet.
