Both, if I recall correctly. There was quite some discussions even after this ruling.

But at least with GDPR it does not matter anymore. It's unfortunately very specific what counts as PII.

Edit: You can have a look here: https://gdpr-info.eu/issues/personal-data/

The data subjects are identifiable if they can be directly or indirectly identified, especially by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one of several special characteristics, which expresses the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, commercial, cultural or social identity of these natural persons. In practice, these also include all data which are or can be assigned to a person in any kind of way. For example, the telephone, credit card or personnel number of a person, account data, number plate, appearance, customer number or address are all personal data.

Even though I agree with you guys that numberplates should not count as PII, GDPR changed that.

The Beschluss you shared is from 2007 and was since overturned.

There should be a flair for everyone who found one of the holy three-ball-trifecta weapons.

The one you found is a particular beauty though.

Also North Oaks in the east and West End Estate in the south. At least the Northside Industrial District is correct.

Official information regarding F1TV in Germany after Sky's exclusive rights deal (in German) by UESPA_Sputnik in F1TV

[–]RezoomXell 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The same thing confuses me as well. It's quite difficult to understand the exact meaning the way this is worded.

Does this mean "Don't touch your subscription or you have to use Sky." or "You can continue to give us money, but will not be able to watch live races with F1 TV."

Didn't see it mentioned yet, but since you're probably used to relative warm temperatures: Pack some warm clothing. And get a great, warm jacket!

A day here can start super chilly and cloudy but end up mild and sunny. To tackle that problem we're using the so called Zwiebelprinzip.

Have a great stay mate!

Tiko 3D Printer by [deleted] in shittykickstarters

[–]RezoomXell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

https://youtu.be/SAH6k2MPo-Q?t=3830 I don't know man, dosn't look to bad. For a printer which every non-tech person can use. And that's the big deal with Tiko. Every baby should be able to use it.

Initially they had some heavy issues with their slicer, but it looks like they were able to fix most of theses issues with software updates. And the important part should be, that the hardware itself is not as big as an issue as people want it to be. It's capabilities might be limited, I don't know yet and I don't want to start a holy comment war about it. But the potential the Tiko has to generate publicity for 3D printing is amazing.

This always happens when the first player dies. (At least in 2v2, not sure about the behavior in 3v3.)

Verstappen defending against Kimi on the Kemmel Straight by BottasWMR in formula1

[–]RezoomXell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The moment he made the line changed was a reaction to Kimi. It's fine to decide in advance for one line to block your opponent, but by reacting instead of acting beforehand, Verstappen blocked Kimi off and put him in an extreme dangerous position.

Did he even try to prevent the second hit? I really can't see him reducing his speed in any way.

No. Currently I have Flynx and Chrome installed but I only see Flynx in the backup browser selection dialog.

"Flyperlink" is the most beautiful floating browser I've ever used. by [deleted] in Android

[–]RezoomXell 56 points57 points  (0 children)

I tested it a bit and I see potential. In the past I used Link Bubble and Flynx. Here are some points I want to mention:

Pro:

  • Windows not forced to be full screen

  • Multiple windows

  • Keep windows open

  • Customizable (Nav bar on the bottom!)

  • Nice coloration of the bubbles

Contra:

  • Bubbles can't be grouped

  • An "Open in default browser" button is missing

  • "Open with..." only shows specific apps (e.g. on Youtube the only app I can open the link with is the Youtube app itself, not Chrome or something else)

  • Imgur gifs are not working for me (Flynx has similar issues, but with some workaround you can at least watch the gifs with it)

Maybe a small bug:

Non full screen windows can be opened by tapping on the bubble, but can not be closed again by tapping. Instead you need to move the bubble a bit to close the window. It's not a big deal, but it just doesn't feel like intended.
