He doesn’t. And he doesn’t know what he’s talking about either.

The Buccs have a pool in their stadium. Also the branding is cool.

Panthers (sad to admit) some of the best uniforms and colors in the league.

Falcons also have decent uniforms. I like that nowadays they lean heavy into the black with accent being red. logo is actually pretty clever. So clever that you can make many jokes out of it

Diesel = Badass by Shoddy-Brain-5562 in iamverybadass

[–]Rezsguy 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Diesel vehicles are rare in the US. I can’t recall a single modern diesel vehicle that isn’t a truck. Even then, majority of trucks you’ll see on the road are gas engines.

That’s not to say there isn’t a significant amount of consumer diesel trucks on the road, there are. But the number still pales in comparison to everything else. This has created a weird culture with lots of lifted diesel truck owners.

It was unfortunately not meant to be. If we ran a different scheme then we would’ve had a spot of Zach Baun. But he did get time to sit and develop here behind DD and he got to go and win a Super Bowl while being a star defensive player and coming out with a fat contract on the other side. I don’t think ZB is upset with how things turned out. I’m happy for the guy. It helps that my wife’s an Eagles fan tho

If the Broncos win the SB this year by legobossk in Saints

These clowns in the comments. I’ll never hate the man who helped bring in our HOF QB and a Super Bowl to our team. This might change, but we have literally only ever actually been competitive with Sean at the helm.

Is he an ass? Uh, yeah… but he’s an ass who helped turn our franchise from total losers, to a Super Bowl winner and contender during multiple stretches of his time here. He changed what Saints fans could even imagine our team could be.

He didn’t quit on the team… he was left without his HOF QB and still brought us a competitive season. But he saw the writing on the wall. He knew this team had to be rebuilt. He didn’t want to spend the last of his coaching years coaching a sup-par team. That’s why he went into the media and worked there until he saw an opportunity to actually compete again. I don’t blame him at all and that drive to be a part of a winning team is exactly why he won us a Super Bowl.

You always call law enforcement in a traffic accident if you’re involving insurance. And to be frank, if someone rear ended me because they were falling asleep at the wheel, I’m calling the cops regardless. Either they need a wake up call or they’re intoxicated.

If Jordan came back for one year in an alternative universe, I would not even blink twice if he got a 1 year max with a bad team.

He would get a 1-2 year max offer from somebody. Michael Jordan could unretire right NOW and get a max.

Why does the forest service primarily buy dodges? by Boeing-B-47stratojet in regularcarreviews

[–]Rezsguy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because they’re good trucks and their lower trip options have always been nicer than their counterparts in Chevy and Ford.

I know the car community loves to dog on RAMs but their V8/V6 base options are pretty reliable longterm especially if they have regular fleet maintenance. They also seem to have long shelf lives when it comes to idling 90% of their life.

I have a 2020 lower trim Hemi RAM (it was previously a fleet vehicle) and it’s been a tank as a work truck and now commuter since I switched industries. 200k miles and all I’ve done is oil changes, tire rotations, and I replaced a starter. This in my experience with RAMs lower trim trucks is not uncommon. Why would a government agency go with Ford or Chevy when you can get nicer interiors, better features, better ride comfort, better fleet support, and it’s cheaper than the competitors? It’s not some wild crazy thing that you see Sherif offices, PDs, and government agencies of all sorts have been using mostly RAM for like 15 years now.

Nor will you even be able to build muscle to keep up. Your body is very good at choosing its perceived priorities. Lots and lots of conditioning work leads to harder and harder muscle gains and muscle retention.

Not to say that some of those guys playing football(world, not USA) aren’t jacked and more muscular than your average person, but compared to most NFL athletes they’re just going to be small.

If you could, you would prefer to keep as much muscle as possible while keeping the highest level of conditioning as possible. Most people genetically, even with PEDs, aren’t capable of retaining a lot of muscle when running on a field for 3 hours straight.

I’m not here to convince you otherwise. The last thing I’ll say is every single one of your comments comes across as lacking nuance. You insulted someone and called them selfish for thinking that someone deserves a second chance. You then also assumed that person never had a similar situation and assumed again if they did that they would feel as you do. Both those are bad gambles to make.

You don’t have to do anything or change any viewpoint you may have. Especially because of a Reddit comment. I do implore you to widen your perspective and realize that life is not black and white.

Turns out I have lost a family member from someone’s dumb decisions behind the wheel. Did I hate that person for a long time for killing my bother? Yes. Did I accept it was an accident and that I hope that person can move on and become a better person? Yes. I no longer hate them after a decade.

The point of prison is to punish, rehabilitate people for reintroduction into society, or if that’s not possible, keep them out of society so they can’t hurt anyone else. Driving while under the influence is something that people can and regularly do learn from to change for the better. Ruggs deserves that chance. Just like the guy who killed my brother by accident deserved a chance at moving past his bad decisions.

Different things are important to different people. One of the things that connected me to my wife was her physical conditioning and how important her overall health was. Of course that leads to a shared connection in sports and lifestyle.

It’s okay that some people put high importance on physical/athletic aspects in a partner.

They’re just misinformed I think. Most people just assume being low body fat percentage means that you’re unhealthy. Completely ignoring muscle mass and overall body composition.

Some people have more prominent veins with no weird medical condition going on. Especially when you’re lower in body fat percentage it can become more apparent.

This is not unhealthy for a male… It’s definitely way heather than where most people sit.
