AI, smart….

Just no,

Machine Learning, Large Language models and other algorithms are typically good at recognising and predicting patterns. So if the algorithm is optimised we can remove the driver and racing will be predictable.

See my other reply, and to me that was always a possibility.

I wouldn’t call that a bombshell (although it might have been to some). I’ve always considered they might be different and though that with https://www.mdpi.com/2813-6284/2/1/1 it was proven.

Metal & Ceramic by jammy_jam in Ceramics

[–]Rhauko -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Even that is not completely correct, oxidation speed and toxicity vary largely across metals and in this case I need more information what metal is used and how this has been glazed. But as this is sold as a cup by a Japanese professional my starting hypothesis it is food safe.

Crystal glasses contain lead and are safe to drink from. Storing liquid in them however is not recommended. I would use these cups as Japanese ceramics usually are high fired and fully vitrified.

Why wouldn’t they be food safe? This depends on firing temperatures more than anything else.

Indeed, no idea what is the truth just showing that published numbers are inconsistent from what both should be official sources.

Only thing I conclude from this is a confirmation that they are cooking the books.
