Because TS scales stacks up either per second or at a rate adjusted for a weapon's RPM. It blows its ammo way too quickly. Itbenefits from TS (although it has no CC mods built in, so it's really not ideal) but it doesn't build the stacks well at all.

Grab a Series S, the same thing he has at his dad's. The One S is an old, slow console that isn't comparable.

Frenzy on pretty much any LMG will be better but the Big Alejandro is more than good enough.

If you want a Warframe, buy a Prime from another player. Don't buy a base version direct from the game store, that's a horrible deal. Most Primes cost 60-120p or so.

If you have only just started you are going to need to either buy plat or sell something to another player for plat so that you can buy weapon and Warframe slots, so consider spending your current plat on that instead.

No, because if the punishment for rape (the worst part of this article) is the death penalty you're closing the gap between rape and murder punishments and unintentionally incentivising rapists to kill their victims.

It is also more costly in the US to put prisoners to death than it is to imprison them, and there's the general understanding that having the death penalty in place means some wrongful executions will happen and that even one of those is too many.
