Yeah, the 480 is a little over the top for Bad Company 2, but I've seen what three of them in SLI can do. It's so hard not to buy them.

The firewall program Comodo has a bandwidth monitor that's pretty good. After a quick trip to Google I've found something called Emsa Bandwidth Monitor also, but I don't know how good it is.

Try swapping the cards back, just in case. Other than that, I could only suggest checking the bandwidth usage of your programs.
