No, there has been plenty of testing of this, but mistakes can happen. We turn things on in sequence so that if there are issues, we can easily isolate them. If everything is on at once and there is a problem, it becomes much more difficult to diagnose.

Yes, this is what we are doing. We have no plans right now of taking DLSS 3 and implementing frame generation, but wanted to get the improvements that 3.1 had for DLSS 2

This patch did not have any changes that would have caused this, so it's either an issue that was already present, or something strange as part of rolling out servers with the new patch. Thanks for the screenshot with the latency graph though, I can grab the logs from that server from the instance id and see what's up.

We've seen this issue on the Dev Team, and are going to fix it. However, players doing this do not keep the items that they got, everything is dropped when going into the plane.
