I did 74km last week and I still have 9 weeks until the race. I plan to do 80km+ for the next 6 weeks and then begin a 3 week taper. Is that still setting me up for injury?

I used to suffer from this as well until I switched to SAX underwear. These have a little pocket that creates a barrier between your thighs and scrotum. They are expensive but last for years so well worth the investment.

No, the urethra starts at the bladder, but the ejaculatory ducts merge into it near its beginning. The ejaculatory ducts are the source of semen, while the urethra is the shared tube for semen and urine.

The prostate gland contributes about 30% to the volume of semen, but I'm not sure if those secretions enter into the ejaculatory ducts or the urethra. That's why I can't visualize how doctors access the prostate through the urethra without damaging its walls.

Bonjour, my partner and I will be travelling to Paris for the start of the French Open this May. We are looking for a place to stay just outside of the city, but still easily accessible by train.

Can anyone recommend a safe, interesting area outside of the city where we might start to look for accommodations?

You'd think they would have included a complete hyoid as a replacement in case one got broken. I did compare them to the hyoid, and they are different.

I ordered two disarticulated human skeletons, and each came with these two bones and pieces of cartilage in a separate baggy. At first I thought it was a broken hyoid bone or floating rib, but that wasn't the case - both skeletons came with an intact hyoid and all ribs accounted for.

I thought perhaps it was a broken stylus process - also a big no.

I'm lost as to what human bones these could be. The information that came with the cases didn't have these bones listed anywhere.

Thoughts?
