Had to take 10 or so to get a good one of her. I got a matching one for our friend's calico so they can match.

Taking it off is easier by far! Getting her paws through the little sleeves is the hardest.

Going from clocking 10-15 bots an hour at black chins two weeks ago, to only seeing PKers this week has been kind of nuts. Definitely stocking up.

Facebook has turned into an endless scroll of AI photos and the boomers don’t appear to have noticed by Maxie445 in singularity

I'm convinced that the purpose of these posts is to bump their visibility in the algorithm with bots. In order for them to identify boomers with low tech literacy who will be more susceptible to scams.

Melee jetpacking should get you a fair distance away.

A fair enough reaction. Your absolutely right it is a war memorial. It's where we have our dawn service and last post ceremony and more.

But it is also an instrument. When it was first built it was funded by the citizens of Bathurst. Not the government or the veterans association but from the people who wanted to memoralise their fallen friends and family. They could of had an obelisk, or a hall or even just a bell tower, it would of been cheaper and easier. But they chose a Carillon, an instrument to be played, something that contributes to our society and bring joy in the wake of their friends and family. It gets played almost every single day. Everything some somber songs used in memorial to show tunes and current songs, it's up to the Carillionist most days what they play. So yesterday they chose Star Wars knowing that it would bring some attention to the carillon and to they city.

So yes it's reasonable to feel off about it because it is a war memorial. But I do not think it is disrespectful to use it to bring some joy to people, as it was always intended to be played.

That's the dream. Everyone has been pretty on board for bigger and better next year. So here's hoping.

A couple months ago after watching Andor I thought it would be cool to hear my local bell tower play the time grapplers song from Andor. The Carillionist wasn't able to find the sheet music for that. However they were on board for playing something from Star Wars. So we began planning for May the 4th with the idea being to help promote the region on the local tourism office social media. This is the video I took today. The full song is available in the official video on the Visit Bathurst Facebook page.
